As part of my release day celebrations, I wrote a guest post for Women Writers, Women's Books. I've been accused in the past of oversharing, so I hesitated to get so personal in this piece. In the end, I think it's really important for us as a society to talk about the hard things. If my being open about my struggles helps just one person feel seen and not alone, then it's completely worth the vulnerability.
